Paid 760 for them not to fix the problem. Had it taken to a mechanic and a transmission specialist prior to this which I had discussed and explained to them. Disgusting customer service from all angles. Will be taking this to consumer rights!

Bought a brand new Ssangyong Korando here in 2012, with a 5 year warranty. Extremely unhappy with their after sales service. If there was a no star rating here, that's what I'd rate them. Caveat emptor (buyer beware), once they take your money, it’s goodbye Charlie 😢

I have been dealing with Bergmans Autos SsangYong for about 6 years . The Servicing of my Stavic has always been completed there and I am more that satisfied with the service provided. Just had the 150km service completed. Car delivered at 8.am. I was taken home. Contacted by dealer at 11.30am picked up from home. All done and the car is driving very well. I am happy. Looking to purchase another Ssangyong soon. Just bought an older model 2007 Actyon for a staff member with 140,000kms. Drives very well. Smooth if not over powerful 2.3ltr petrol.
