Purchased a canopy back in 2021 and unfortunately spent the first and only year of warranty building the canopy to travel Australia. After finishing our build and spending 10 months on the road we noticed that every single wield around the doors of the canopy had cracked and are beginning to separate. The canopy had been fitted correctly with a rubber mat between the canopy and tray and any additions ie. rooftop tent and awning fit within the specifications. The 1 year warranty is not enough if you are planning on doing any travelling or touring

I've had a tray and canopy package (New Generation version) built and fitted by rolloc in Wilberforce (Sydney) and had probably one of the easiest dealings from the very beginning that I have ever had.. Travis was very willing to take as much time as needed to explain everything I wanted to know and they told me a time frame and absolutely stuck to it. These guys were flawless and definitely know what they are doing and most of all exceeded my expectations with the build quality.. So glad I went through Rolloc Industries. Thanks again guys.

If you’re looking for a tray for your Ute, you can’t go past ROLLOC.
The customer service is absolutely fantastic the patience from the staff was amazing. The workmanship fantastic.
I have owned utes for the last 20 years and have used different brand of trays from stupid expensive to cheaper trays, you just don’t get better value for money than rolloc.
rolloc trays will be my go to for any future trays.

Purchased a canopy in 2019 but after one trip across the country has already cracked in every internal corner in the door openings on both sides of the canopy.

Response to owner: I did contact you and I was quoted an hourly fee to fix it. Was told the canopy needed to be completely empty which after spending $5k for a Drifta fit out was impractical. Rolloc placed the canopy on my tray and I secured it with Rolloc provided clamps which quickly broke. I had to replace the clamps with a system that worked but I fail to see how that could impact the failure mechanism.

Very happy with the full aluminium tray, canopy, trundle tray and under tray tool box set up I purchased from Rolloc Industries.
The team were very helpful with deciding on what options to go with.
I was very impressed with the less than 2 week turn around, including custom powder coating of all components and 1.5 days to install everything.
Much appreciated and highly recommended.
