I felt comfortable from the moment I walked in, and was greeted by happy people who know their stuff and quickly discovered that expert jewellers are only a few steps away.

Having bought jewellery from both bespoke jewellers and chain stores around the world, I can safely say the experience and journey at Rowe design was head and shoulders above what we have experienced anywhere else.

I had been thinking about buying my wife a “just coz” present for a while but didn’t what I was going to get her until I walked by the window at Rowe Design while on holiday in Cairns from WA. In the window was an incredible selection of bespoke jewellery including an incredible vintage/retro style ring, full of pink diamonds and quite unlike any ring I had ever seen. It was the one.

The biggest challenge was working out what size the ring needed to be and even after getting the kids to measure some of mum’s other rings, it wasn’t quite the right fit for her chosen finger. This was no problem for the team at Rowe design though and after sending it back for a resize, they made the adjustment and got the ring back to us on the other side of the country very quickly.

My wife has hardly taken the ring off her finger since we got it and barely a day goes by without someone noticing the ring, complimenting it, and asking where we got it.

Since then, we have purchased several more pieces from their online store, had the guys design and craft jewellery for both of us and sent a few pieces across to them for repair or adjustment. The result is the same every time… incredible craftmanship that is a testament to the skill of the jewellers at Rowe Design.

I can’t recommend them enough and even without knowing I was looking for “our jeweller”, it’s safe to say we have found them.
