I’ve recently started a vending business with Royal Vending and I’m glad I did!
I’ve bought 3 combo machines and It’s been a smooth process from buying the machines until delivery and set up.
The support team is fantastic, they’re very professional and nice. They’ll help you all the way through with all their patience and knowledge.
Being said , just an insight that I’d like to have the opportunity as the machine owner to review the products list and give them a feedback before the sites have the access to it , make their products requests and the planogram being made because some products are not available for purchase from the suppliers in WA or they are really hard to get or the buying price will go over the RRP.
But My overall experience with Royal Vending has being great and I look forward growing my business with them.

This is my 2nd RVM machine. RVM called offering me a 2nd location after they received a request to service a new area. Deal was good and price reasonable. Machine arrived quite quickly although there was some challenges with communication around delivery date, however, after several emails this was resolved.

Planogram was arranged with the site based on their product requests. Would have been good as the owner to have an opportunity to review this and provide advice on stock that you are able to service prior to the site getting this as several products are very hard to get in a regional area and incur a premium cost to purchase and I would have liked the opportunity to set the machine up with the coils I wanted rather than having to pay additional to get these afterwards.

Overall happy with the end product and happy with the service. I would consider more machines in the future.

B-grade sites. I was given a multiple sites that were known to underperform, and it takes over six months to have them relocated, at my own expense. One site informed me that I'm the third machine they've had and that they only ever requested a small machine. However, the company insisted on providing a larger RVM5.

They continue to sell this site to new buyers, making $5,000 on top of the $7,500 machines, until they eventually re-site and sell the location to an unaware buyer. Any "premium" site comes with a large commission fee, which makes it impossible to raise your prices, as the commission is added on top. From a $2.80 sale, after deducting the 10-15% commission and the 25¢ card fee, you're left with only about 40%, and sales are reduced due to the increased prices.

The sales pitch given to the sites is that the vending machine will make their business money. When they receive their commission, they complain that it isn't what RV promised them.

This is an expensive and slow way to enter the vending machine business. I bought a multiple package through them, and only 1 out of the 5 sites has performed reasonably well without issues. The staff in the Philippines are nice, but I feel they are being taken advantage of by the local manager.

For each "good site" expect to be given a second tier site.

The machines are simple to use.

Our company is based at Maddington, we were with them for 2 months before they abruptly advised that their subcontractor was not interested in supplying to us. Reason stated was underperforming sales.
We have now gone with Tom at Exclusive Vending and things have been going great since.

Brenda - my second point of contact after Daniel. She patiently advised my options and assisted everything I needed.

Mary - my account manager, she is super professional and helpful in directing me to the right people to ensure I get the assistance I needed in a timely manner.

John - transport manager who was able to source the best cost affordable option and cater to my tied timing.

Kushan & Aden - who went through the setup of the machine and ensure I understood it well.

Hi.I have two vending machines which were purchased from Royal Vending in the last 9 months and have found the team at Royal Vending to be very helpful in solving any minor tech issues that i have had. The delivery of both machines to site was organised quite quickly, once i had made the payment and support with setup of the machines was to a very high standard.
One site has been underperforming and Mary has been fantastic with providing her assistance and advice as to what we are doing about this and has been very quick ro address the issue with the site the machine is located at.

A big thankyou to the entire team at Royal Vending for their asistance from before purchase of my machines up until now and I am sure this cooperation will continue going forward.
