Yesterday, Saturday 10th August at 11am my wife and I came in for a pair of Oliver boots. Three staff members all standing yakking at the checkout. We were the only customers in the shop, walking up and down, back and forth in the boots section for about 15 mins looking for the right boots. Then we gave up and left. All 3 staff members still standing yakking. If you want to sell stuff, you need to help your customers find what they're after - I'm not going to interrupt your clearly important conversation.

To quote the famous: "Why shop at five or six stores, when you can shop at just one." This is exactly the case for RSEA Joondalup. I had gone to some other safety shops during the morning and compared to RSEA, mostly some were disappointing.

Going into RSEA this morning, both the ladies Emma and Tarryn immediately put a smile on my face and their customer service was above and beyond. Thanks to their expert knowledge of PPE, I found what I was looking for in record time and also with the satisfaction that I knew that what I had bought will work for me.

Thank you ladies. You have an outstanding store and are incredibly skilled at what you do! Will be back to visit again, (I hope I see a resin duck or two!)

I'm not reviewing the store...Just the safety boot...I brought the 997 Blundstone Zip Up Boots, to replace a 3 year old well used pair of Steel Blues, but unfortunately I just couldn't feel it with this boot.

After a week of wearing them trying to break them in, I just didn't find them comfortable, they have good support around the ankles, but around the toes felt tight and uncomfortable, especially bending and crouching down and walking around.

The best pair of work boots I've ever experienced are Steel Blues, they're so comfortable you feel like you could go for a jog in them, after a week of wearing the Blundstones, I went back to my old pair of Steel Blues which I'll be buying another pair of soon.

Great shop. Loads of stock. The ladies there are really friendly and helpful. Bought some boots there but after a mistake on my part, bought the wrong size. Realised later that they were too big. Took them back - no problem, swapped ‘em over. So happy with my new Steel Blues. Thanks heaps to Michelle and Megan! 😊👍

I recently came in to buy some work pants.. I asked a lady with glasses and short hair which ones she recommended. She was eating at the time and eating while talking to me. I found it extremely disgusting and I was immediately put off. It was extremely difficult to communicate with her and when I asked more questions she was visibly disgruntled like I was annoying her or taking up her time. She was extremely snappy and made me uncomfortable. I felt rushed and silly for asking questions. Would not want to deal with her again.

I bought some boots from RSEA on the company credit card and lost the receipt. I phoned up Michelle 3 weeks after the purchase and she spent an hour searching through records for the day of purchase and eventually found my receipt. What a champion she is, first class customer service all the way. She saved me a 'please explain' from my company. Will definitely be coming back thanks to her 🙂
