Sunday 2/06/2024 around 12:30 I bought safety shoes but size of safety shoes are not same size. One shoes is 7 and other one is 7.5 so today feel discomfort and my foot is still pain and staff is not good. I have no time to return it, because I am busy during whole week with family members so please do not this silly mistake’s again.

Joe deserves a serious store promotion to a leader role/ store manager position. I went in today and he was shining above the management in the store. I walked in and asked for a pair of boots. My size wasn't in stock however he brought a couple of size in another shoe and explained the difference between a steel cap and composite.

When i still wanted the shoe that didn't have stock he called Joondalup and then Welshpool stores for me to find my size as it was hard to find. He got them to put them on hold for me also. He not only went above and beyond but was so helpful even though he was not getting the sale. He was really happy, helpful and genuine and and absolute rarity in todays retail world.

I had just come from a couple of other safety stores and had no where near the amount of care he had. Promote the right people and he definitely deserves it, a shining star and i will be back for any other safety needs.

Popped into the Osborne Park store today to complete an exchange. Very easy, and lovely staff.
Head office were also great and organised every for me and were ever so helpful.

As soon as you walk in the door you can tell that the staff do not want to be there. No greeting hello, no do you need a hand with anything, but when I did ask a question all I received in return was a snappy answer and the she turned her back on me. We where there to get new work boots and my partner a few new work shirts we just put every thing we had back and left. No idea of customer service at all.

Customer service was really good. I had trouble finding thr shoes i needed ad they were s special order item. They went above and beyond helping me in sourcing them. Friendly, knowledgeable and polite. Recommend them with good service...

Bought a pair safety boots from here and the staff member Merinda was very kind, patient and helpful.

I would not bother to go anywhere else than RSEA for any work related needs they are wonderful !
