My item was not sized correctly so i had to return it. They claim easy returns. This is not true. Also can't return or exchange a website order to a store. Also charged full whack. Won't be using them again.

Nice guys but cannot back the gear they sell. New pair of Brooks the glue was bad on the bottom after about 3 weeks. Could not get through on the phone so was about 7 weeks until I came back to the shop. No support offered just told to try and get in touch with Brooks. Would suggest buying from a larger shoe place if you need support.

Update: Adjusted from 1 to 4 stars as after placing this review they sorted me out and replaced the shoes.

Went here for shoes after back surgery and arthritic hip. I was advised it better to see a podiatrist & /or physio who knows about shoes and their characteristics regarding suitability for my needs. I was given a list of possible shoes for the experts opinions. Excellent advice.

I purchased some runners from here (not my first time), but this pair were defective. The staff responded promptly to my email, requested a few photos and processed a replacement pair really quickly! Will definitely shop here again!

This place is the most stuck up horrible group of people that have ever existed. They should be shut down and I hope they get their karma. I purchased shorts through this company with express shipping and received them many days later because of their slow processing. Barely apologising for their poor performance at handling this situation. The shorts were the wrong size. Regardless of their “easy returns” note on their page. It is anything but easy. They’ve forced me to pay $13.50 for a shipping label to exchange it back and then refused to accept the exchange unless I pay a FURTHER $25. Making up a ridiculous excuse saying it “pays for putting it back in the system and these phone calls”. Which is absolute garbage. After saying don’t worry I’ll sell them privately, can I get a refund on the return fee. They’ve refused to refund me my money. These $60 shorts are quickly going to $90 based on their disgusting attitude and policy. They should be ashamed. I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING THROUGH THIS COMPANY. Genuinely terrible service.

Bought a few pairs of shoes from these guys. One pair stared to fail on me after a few months. Reached out to see if this was a warranty issue. No fuss no drama. Asked for more pics and arranged a replacement pair immediately. Can’t ask for better service than that. Great job team.
