We had a pleasant evening. Our food was almost perfect. My pork ribs were a little dry and my husbands baked potato had too much sour cream on it, but the taste was excellent 👌 I also enjoyed my veg, loved the taste of the garlic butter. Now, in saying that, I did find your young Canadian waiting staff in a bit of a hurry to clear our table, and she also removed my dinner plate before I'd finished!! Then hurriedly brought us the desert menu. Of which we chose wisely and did not regret our choice, excellent and finished of with a great cup of coffee. I would like to see "fresh" cream with desert, instead of artificial air rated tin cream, as it truly spoils any fine desert. Again, thanks for a pleasant evening, your staff are also very pleasant and fun to engage with. We will be back the next time we come down and will recommend your establishment.

We went to Rustlers Steakhouse. We ordered our steak and pork ribs medium-well. They were cooked right and juicy, just like we wanted. The baked potatoes were delicious, and the sauce was nice, too. We also finished a bottle of wine to make it an even more complete meal.
The only small thing, the waitress kept checking on us every few minutes, even when we were talking. Maybe she forgot she already asked, or maybe she wanted us to finish since we were come bit late. Not a big deal, just a little bit funny.
Overall, the food was great, and we had a nice evening. Would definitely come back if got another chance to visit Albany!

Enjoyable dining experience with great quality food. A pleasant place to relax and dine with plenty of food choices. Wines and ingredients from the local region featured. It’s a favourite dining destination when we visit the area.

We came down to Albany and couldn't fathom not stopping by and giving this place a try 👏🏻

We came with a reservation for 10 and we're sat down as soon as we got there
The place was gorgeous, in a beautiful part of Albany

We were sat down by our servers who were absolutely incredible, they were extremely helpful, polite and took care of us perfectly 😮‍💨👏🏻

We ordered their meat and some other dishes, the food came out in good timing and everything looked great

They're food was pretty good, but I would definitely say that I expected a little more for what cuts we ordered

Although everything was prepared well, the cuts of meat just weren't up to par with the price charged for them, at least when it comes to the New York strips

As for their brisket sandwich, that was absolutely lovely 😍

Overall, I would definitely recommend coming here to give this place a try, but I would recommend ordering something not too extravagant just to give them a try, and go all out if it suits your fancy

Our first visit in Albany and we chose this restaurant. The food didn't fail me. The steak was cooked perfectly and other food were also tasty. The service was good. We enjoyed it

Ate here last night (29/1/25) On arrival was pleasantly greeted & shown to table.
Explained the process of ordering etc. Entrees & drinks came out quickly. Cheesy garlic bread was so good! Hubby had the 600gr rump steak, which he thoroughly enjoyed. I asked the waitress what was good. She gave me a few of her favourite options, I went with the Cala-Parmi. 10/10 😄 Would definitely eat here again!!

Great staff food, wine and located no wonder they have achieved so many awards and acknowledgement for their effort now the food was just diverse as it was mouth watering
Ambience help set the mood for a fun time and staff loce to sing Happy Birthday to any unsuspecting dinner - well done crew
