Travelling from Adelaide through WA. Rang to book a service for the caravan. Only in rockingham for a short time. RV Solutions Rockingham were very accommodating given our schedule and serviced the van. Excellent service.

Fantastic experience, originally called Dean about a caravan that was under offer over the Christmas break. After the break it became available, we were contacted straight away and a fair negotiation ensued. We went to look at the van and put down a deposit. Following the workshop check they noted a few items that we didn't initially see and fixed / replaced them at no charge. The handover was thorough and we were shown all the functionality. Post delivery they even organised the wdh receiver from the previous owner for us to be able to collect. Great experience and definitely recommend.

After dealing with another caravan dealership over the last 3 weeks that was a disaster to say the least, how refreshing to deal with such a professional organisation - it took one phone call speaking to Jason directly and what had not been able to be done with the other mob over the 3 weeks was done and organised within 3 hours. Jason could not have done anything more to resolve my problem and the courteous manner which he displayed was really appreciated. Couldn’t recommend more highly - thanks Jason

My sister recently purchased a van from RV Solutions with the salesman quick to handover the van during the Christmas period assuring her that everything was working 100%. Upon getting the van home they quickly realised that the toilet amongst other things was not working.

RV Solutions wants $400 before they will even look at it and that any and all costs will be at her expense.

Very poor business practice.

Think twice before spending your money here.
