Scott is fantastic to deal with. Not only was he very generous with his time and advice in helping me make the right purchase decision, his after-sales service has been excellent.

Scott recommended I purchase the kit form of my Prusa i3 MK3S+ printer. He said I would learn a great deal about the machine by building it, which would be valuable knowledge moving forward. I took Scott's advice and do not regret purchasing the kit. The build was fun, challenging and most of all I did learn a lot about the printer as Scott said I would.

Scott is always happy to help and provide advice when needed, particularly important when you are new to 3D printing. I have contacted Scott for advice a number of times after purchasing my printer, & he has always been very happy to assist.

Of the many items I have printed so far, one of the best is a tool holder that Scott designed for the i3 MK3S+ printer. It is fantastic, and is a great way to keep your tools organised and close at hand!

Purchased a Prusa i3 Mk3s+ kit from Scott and with it came fantastic service - Scott was not only prompt and thorough in his communication, but went above and beyond sharing his advice and best practices that thoroughly helped introduce me to 3D printing. Scott was fantastically helpful when I ordered my i3 MK3S Kit. The "free tools" he included were invaluable, the 2.5mm ball-end Allen key was incredibly useful for tightening the Y-axis, and the scraper with the lovely rounded corners is great for getting sticky prints off of the smooth print bed.

The kit itself was challenging but fun, with nice gummy rewards along the way. I meant to space out the build over a couple of days, but ended up doing the whole kit on one go.

Prints "straight out of the box" were fantastic, the 3DBenchy test had no stringing and the overhangs were tight. I printed the mounting kit for a Raspberry Pi Zero W and now use the printer as a wireless workhorse.

A+ would buy again.

If you are thinking of getting a 3D printer, Scott is definitely the man to see. I purchased a Prusa Mk3s from S3DP which arrived interstate incredibly quick.

Scott was extremely helpful with impeccable customer service during the entire process and ensured that everything went smoothly for me to begin printing. He also assisted in parts replacement from Prusa which arrived on my doorstep in a little over 24 hours.

It was very last minute and I was worried it would not arrive on time, but Scott had it all packaged up for me and arrived within a week to Perth from Queensland, perfectly on time.
