Not impressed. We had a vacate clean done. Bleach marks/stains were left on our kitchen bench that won't come off, scratches on the windows and cobwebs in the kitchen. I messaged Krystal within 30mins of the cleaners leaving. All we were told was "I will ask my cleaner if they were there before hand".
It has now been over a week since we had the clean and Krystal has ignored all requests & any communication from our end to come back and fix mistakes - despite her website saying they will come back within the 48hours. Very poor service, use at your own risk

I had a vacate cleaning done through Salkatt cleaning earlier this week and has been very satisfied with the quality of works. Whilst there are couple things missed after inspection done by the property agent, Krystal quickly resolves the lists given to her in no time and i appreciate all the efforts and hard work she put in. Very reliable and quick in responding to my queries.

She helped explain some unrealistic lists given by the property agent after the final inspection (items which are ‘claimed’ as dirty, and items which are dirty / damaged due to wear and tear which otherwise would have been impossible to be cleaned). As someone who has no experience and knowledge about cleaning, i would rely to the professionals and she hasn’t disappoint me 👌.

Overall satisfied and would recommend to anyone. Job well done 👍👍.
