Located in the heart of five dock the saltuary offers something for everyone, with a unique warm, friendly helpful and knowledgeable experience,

The salt treatment is incredible to unplug and slow down, followed by the private infrared sauna to sweat out and loosen up finally finishing up with a float to completely
Switch off and reset.

All experiences come with tasteful touches ie wellness shots, alkali water, robes, herbal tea etc,

Staff were friendly, attentive and super knowledgeable.

A beautiful place to relax. If you have never had a float I urge you to go and experience what I call a guilty pleasure. An hour of quiet time just for you to calm your mind Soft meditative music is played as you go into your session and comes on again when it is time for it to end Have a nice relaxing tea after and take in the scents and sensations of this place. It is a little far for me to come regularly as I live in the Central Coast but is one of the best places to let your cares float away. Other services are also available so check them out.

A valentines gift from my husband, voucher was bought from Red Balloon. Experience and atmosphere was amazing, very attentive, cold towels available in mini fridge was perfect, lots of water to drink and mini health tonics before having a treatment was a lovely addition.
Very knowledgeable on benefits of each room and products.

It was mine and my partners first saltuary experience it was also a gift from me to him. We weren’t treated as new customers. Just like regular individuals. Things weren’t explained to us about how everything works and what to expect. We went from one treatment to another with minutes in between. We were there for 3 hours so through lunch and we didn’t even have time to eat a snack let alone the tea they had. I was also told the crackers were a display item not to be eaten which I wouldn’t have done if things weren’t explained to us. My partner and I were going to buy a package and do this regularly to improve what I read it’s meant to help with not that it was explained to me. Very disappointing experience and won’t be returning again. Unless your a regular a new client should be seated and have everything explained to them otherwise what’s the point of the lounge area and chairs. We won’t be going back or recommending it to anyone

Had the absolute best massage in my life today from Lucy. Highly recommend so relaxing yet got the tension out of all the tight spots. The salt room and float room were bliss and I left feeling like I had spent much more than 3hours relaxing. Can’t wait to go back.

The experience was disappointing and left us feeling confused and uncomfortable. We received RedBalloon vouchers and weren’t given clear information about what to expect.

The sauna was obviously hot, and we got no cold water, only room-temperature water provided. After the salt room we sat around lost, clearly looking unwell with no follow-up or care afterwards, just a cup of tea and minimal interaction.

The salt room was shared with others, which felt awkward, and the chairs didn’t recline, making it hard to relax.

Overall, the treatments lacked care and check ins, and we left early feeling more stressed than rejuvenated. Clearer communication, better customer care, and improvements to the facilities are much needed.

Fantastic and unique place to relax and unwind. We had a treatment in the salt room, a sauna and then a float. All 3 were great. The float room was unlike anything else. So relaxing. Could feel the tension leaving my body! Could not recommend the place more!
