Did a lot of research before pulling the trigger and making a purchase from here. Spent >$2000 on a graphics card and selected priority shipping. It was posted on Tuesday and arrived in my town for delivery Wednesday morning at 9am (Brisbane to Townsville). It was packed and sealed in the original AMD manufacturer shipping box, which meant it was perfectly packed with foam and protection. Very clearly exactly as advertised, brand new item and it worked perfectly with zero issues.

Thank you so much! I'll definitely be a return customer here. And if you're like me and doing research on this company because it seems a little sus (low prices and an unfamiliar/untrustworthy name), I can 100% recommend them and I add my 5 star review to the many others here and say go for it!

No assistance! No Response to Email! They don’t bother about Customer’s issue.
They sale the same or used product key to multiple customers.
I recently bought an Anti-virus product for 3 Devices 2 Years subscription from this company. After activating the product key (which was provided by this company online via Email), I found that the key was activated by someone almost one year ago and I end up with the licence key which is only valid for another year (instead of 2 years).
I wrote to them several emails to provide me a new valid key but no response from them, so, be careful to buy product from this company. This company is terrible to deal with.
Overall, I would NOT recommend you shop with this company.

This is the 3rd year in a row that i have used these guys!
Was sick of paying the high price for Norton Premium both digitally and physically, i found Save On IT from a google search and have been buying my yearly Norton from them ever since.

Best prices around and super quick email delivery.
These people are legit and have never had a single problem

I have purchased parts before and I was very satisfied.
This time though I bought an rtx 3070 and there were 4 available in stock when I bought it!! Keep in mind I know they are in high demand but seen it was in stock I purchased it.
I waited for a week and it hit me why hasn't it dispatched ? Only to find out that they are waiting for more stock, now I have asked for a refund because I don't want to wait another week, I might as well purchase something!! No confirmation for the refund and not letting your customers know just goes to show the only thing they care about is $$$.

Refund was processed after 6 days but there was no communication on their part which can be frustrating so yer take it as you will is just my experience I hope other customers have better luck!

HIGHLY UNETHICAL BUSINESS PROCESSES AND MINOR SAVING NOT WORTH FRAUDULENT WARRANTY. Purchased a brand new laptop and reported numerous faults after 4 days. Repaired once, still faulty and damaged by the service centre therefore paid cost of new but left with FAULTY, DAMAGED, REFURBISHED DEVICE. Another user reported the same experience and stated they are untruthful and inefficient, not to mention avoid contact and paying refunds, palming responsibility off to manufacturer to pay. Now left with NO DEVICE AND BUSINESS IS ILLEGALLY RETAINING MY FUNDS.

Would not recommend. Due to public holiday will be over 7 days delivery from Brisbane to Sunshine Coast(approx 80 minute drive). Refused me the option to pick up myself and avoid this. Untruthful and inefficient . Not willing to work with customers to achieve good outcomes. Should have gone to Umart. Won't be shopping with you again. Only positive was price but a negligible saving of 10% was not worth it in this case.
