100% Asian workshop at their Forrestfield location, prestart is not spoken in English, very limited English from anyone on the floor, no need to be passed out to use the forklift (up to 10T) or use the overhead crane (quote from the supervisor, if you think it’s safe you can do it), welding bays are not set up with a welder - everyone has their own welding machine and so they pack it up at the end of each shift and takes the hand piece off it, you come in in the morning and have to find your machine from night shift and push it around to wherever you are working, the same goes for airlines and electrical leads…. I’ve never seen anything like it.
