You have excelled my expectations once more, got my scooter fixed here twice and never disappoints.

Got my scooter fixed the same day and it works like I have bought it brand new, I would like to personally thank Aidan who was working and assisted me with my replacement tyre and wheel.

He should definitely get a raise or promotion.

Needless to say, if I ever need to bring my scooter back to repair, I now know who to contact.

Only 4/5 stars due to pricing ($159.00) but I’m happy to pay for it as long as my scooter is fixed, possibly lower it and I’ll update this review.

Very satisfied with service, staff are knowledgeable with the products, extremely helpful in assisting selection. Took an Elektro Ultra 8 Pro + for a spin after purchasing today and the scooter was a great ride, very smooth and performed as guided by staff. Happy customer 😀

I’ve been a customer here since early 2023 when I bought 2 electro pro 8’s. I’ve been back to Preecha and his team for accessories, tyre repairs, servicing and yesterday a brand-new upgrade. The team are absolutely amazing while the products they sell are in my self educated opinion on commuter scooters second to none. I shopped around for months for a scooter and could not find a better brand or more helpful and knowledgeable team than that of the team at Scooteroo.

I wanted to add if you buy a car and drive it over the speed limit you will receive a fine if caught. Do your research on your states laws regarding e-rides they are readily available on line. Stop blaming small business operators for your lack of research…

A couple of years ago I had first ever e scooter up north I came down and Craig and co had a look and didn't charge

Absolutely amazing service from Craig again! Have been doing the tracks down south and had a puncture .and it was a new tyre too...Craig guided me to paying direct online...went especially out on Thursday to post it and Fri a.m express the tyre was down south!! (By the way people get a tubeless tyre especially the rear back one punctures are super annoying and unnecessary 😏👍)
A friend helped with a vice and we did it together Craig guided him through the whole thing on the phone and bingo !!...literally 39ish hours later from calling Craig I had a new tyre on the scooter ...stoked ! Considering there's noone else in this area Craig seems to serve everyone

Super helpful, reasonable prices and Genuinely just great guys!

Warranties not worth the paper they are written on. Happy to sell you anything, not happy to fix issues despite them being repetitive. Argumentative and takes personal shots when in the wrong. Bought 3 scooters in last 3 months and still treated like dirt. Save your money and go elsewhere

Scooteroo are an absolutely lovely bunch of lads. These champs saw me fixing my CBR600RR in the carpark after a snapped clutch cable and offered to take me round the back to the workshop and lend me some tools (naturally forgot a spanner). They gave me a hand while I put the new cable in and made sure I was well on my way. I may not own an electric scooter, but if i got one, it would be from these legends who go out of their way to lend someone a hand well after business hours because they love things with wheels.
