I have been in this store twice now and have been more than pleased with both experiences.

The first time I was just grabbing a couple peripherals and a PSU that were in stock. Went into the store and had a to wait a little while as there were a few customers ahead of me but I just browsed while waiting. The guy who served me was more than helpful.

Unfortunately the PSU did not fix my PC issue so I then went on to have a custom build made. I dealt with the customer service centre who were extremely helpful, the process took about a week to work through a the custom build with the design and parts. Once I had confirmed the order and paid in full, it took them less than 10 days to complete the build and it was completed on the date they said it would be completed (Friday 30th August). It was then shipped up to QLD from VIC and was ready to collect from Tingalpa on Thursday 5th September.
The pick up process was extremely easy, the email to say it was ready said exactly what they required on pick up.
I waited maybe less 2 minutes before I was served, the worker confirmed my order, checked my ID and even carried the new PC out to my car for me.

When I got the PC home and unpacked, I was extremely impressed with the quality of the packaging and even more with the build. It was exactly what I wanted. It started up with no issues at all.

I cannot fault the experiences I have had and would highly recommend these guys to anyone.

Scorptec Brisbane staff are probably the most helpful people I have ever met. They quickly helped me pick out an awesome gaming rig to suit my budget and still have excellent performance! Highly recommend this store to anyone who needs help with tech, needs to purchase new hardware or even help building a PC!

I have been to this store a good couple of times for various bits and pieces and the customer service has been great.

Having read some of the previous reviews regarding the service, my experience with this store was nothing but stellar. Thomas was great with the initial consultation, helpful and tailoring choices to what I needed with no bullshit.

I changed my order midway through with no fuss barely a 5 minute phone call. Order was completed in the time frame they advised.

Dylan in particular who helped me a number of times has provided some great advice and is personable and friendly. Service of his standard is the reason I (and i have no doubt others) will come back to this store.

The two stars are purely for price, however I have learnt low price = poor after sales service. Purchased an LG Curved Ultra Wide monitor, price was great arrived as promise so all good there. Once the monitored stopped worked after around two weeks, we logged a warranty return. Arrange to drop off at the store and was told they would do the diagnostic that evening or early the next day and I would receive a call to update. Two days later no call, call the store to be put through to what had to be an offshore call centre given the poor quality of connection ect. Was told that it had been assessed and need to go to a repair centre and they were awaiting approval. Ask for an eta only to be told 2-3 weeks was their standard when questioned as we used the monitor for work was suddenly told the monitor just need a new power cable. Asked how long, "should only be a couple of days". One week later go into the store, "yep is been ordered and awaiting to arrive, not sure I'll follow up and call you before we close". No call only an update two days later online and still we have nothing. If you want proper after sales service I'd suggest buying elsewhere this is the poorest after sales service I have received.

First time customer at Tingalpa, very impressed with the well presented store and some undercover parking. I purchased a Highgrade V8822 Dual Monitor Wall Mount and the quality is outstanding! Really well made and solid. I also purchased two Acer 27" monitors which were on sale and they're exactly what I wanted. Great service from Shaun(?) at the collection desk too. Overall, I'm very happy with the quality products, great service and fantastic value for money. I will check them out next time I need any IT related products.

Walked in after a cpu cooler to match my system. Had a great chat with ThomasT (name according to the order) he was an absolute champion with a great recommendation. As always the service was impeccable and friendly. I cannot recommend this store enough to anyone after any computer gear!
