I brought a vacuum from this Blacktown SEBO business today, what an absolute Gem Kristine was from start to finish was the best service I've had in years, her patience & knowledge as she took me thru all the features on all the vacuums helped me easily make the right decision without any pressure. Once I made up my mind she then got a gentleman to get the vacuum from out the back & he carried it out & put it in my car for me, I left a happy customer with a smile on my face, huge well done from me 🙂

Bought my SEBO X upright vacuum several years ago as it was suggested best for my plush carpets. Still going strong after all these years. Really effortless carpet cleaning as it pulls itself forward even on my thick carpet pile. I purchased my Sebo X7 upright vacuum cleaner through Bing Lee. I noticed a crack in the bag casing, and sent an email off to Sebo Australia with photos and copy of the retail received. Early next morning Kristine from their Sydney customer service team called and and advised that they would send an engineer out after work today. And as soon as I arrived home, the lovely George arrived with my replacement part, apologised for any inconvenience, and had me smiling in no time. Whoever is managing this business, I want to tell you you have an amazing customer centric team. Until now, I have never experienced such good service!

I have had my Sebo Vacuum cleaner for over 5 years now and I cannot fault it. It is the best vacuum ever and is well worth the extra cost. I love the extra long cord and the ease of use, plus it does a thorough job especially of cat hairs.

I’ve owned my sebo x4 automatic for about 4 years, it’s hands down easily the best vacuum cleaner I’ve ever owned. I’ve previously owned nilfisk, dyson, and miele vacuums and the sebo is much better than any of those in my opinion. I have white plush pile carpet and 3 cats that live inside, the carpet is 5 years old and every time I vacuum it comes up looking and feeling as good as it did when it was new. No other vacuum I’ve ever used comes close to the cleaning ability of my sebo x4, it’s built like a tank and will probably last another 10 years easy but if and when it does die I’ll be buying another sebo for sure. I suffer with pretty bad allergies including dust and pollen and the s class filtration on the sebo never gives me any issues whatsoever with my allergies. I constantly recommend it to every family member and friend of mine.

I’ve owned a Sebo Felix since 2006 and it’s never missed a beat. The machine is incredibly easy to turn and pivot around furniture and obstacles. The powered brush head is simply sensational, you can really feel the grip to the floor. I get a real sense that the job is being done with my Sebo.
