Friendly and supportive staff. Very easy to register La Pavoni for a service. Was told the wait time was 2 weeks and this was the case. Cost reasonable and my machine is working like new. All easy and highly recomended.

Brought in my coffee machine a few weeks ago. Received it back within a week. Unfortunately the issue was still present. The guys organised a postage slip as we are 3hrs away from Brisbane. We ended up bringing it back in. One week later we received via mail our machine back, all fixed and also had a bag of coffee beans included, which they didn’t need to do.

I believe a business can miss or make a mistake, however I define a great business on the action they take after a mistake was being made. I can highly recommend this business, as they approached this very professional and very with much care.

The machine itself is great (Solis Barista Perfetta Plus), however, dimensions were not stated correctly on the website. I was looking for a very compact machine and dimensions were the one of the main factors affecting my decision. On the website dimensions were 21,4cm(W)x16cm(D)x38,9cm(H), in reality they are 16cm width x36cm depth x 32cm height.
