Five years ago, i was looking to build a large circulation machine which i can cook sousvide style food in large commercial quantities.
i have contacted Sepak industries and the level of professionalism and great advised was amazing... i have decided to go ahead wit them and they provide me with 500lit circulation machine which work perfectly. part of HACCP i had many officers doing inspection on the machine, and all was according to Australian standards codes!

In 2013 i had a small issue where my employee delete some of the setting, and basically, i couldn't work the machine. I contact Sepak (and to be honest, i was expecting to get charge big time!!) but i was amazed again, they send one of their technician to my kitchen well after hours as i had to fix it ASAP. the technician spend 3hr+ to resolve it and he did...
I been charge for 1hr labour and nothing else!!! brilliant customer service... highly recommended.

now at 2016, i have more then 7 various equipment that i purchased from Sepak and never had any problem or issues from technical to customer service...
