Super fast shipping. Received order 13 days after it was placed 😱😡. Called after 6 days and advised that they were waiting for an item, was expecting it today and would be shipped tomorrow. Had to call again after a few more days to have it sent out.
If an item isn’t in stock then have your website updated and advise NIL STOCK. OR contact me and give me the option to cancel that item and purchase elsewhere. Won’t be back.

Read the reviews and save your time/money. Hit and miss with products. Communication is great until you have an issue, then you're left following up every day for a response. Faulty item refunded after 2 months however I'm still expected to pay the shipping costs? Not according to ACCC.

Had a fairly poor experience Online ordering with this company.

I placed an order online Monday 12/05/2025 for an "in stock" Motorcycle chain and received a confirmation email and then nothing since.
I emailed the help email address on Wednesday 14/05/2025 asking for an update with no answer.
I texted the phone number listed under their help section on the order Thursday Morning 15/05/2025 with no answer.
I called the shop number Thursday Lunch 15/05/2025 and left a message, with no answer
I also called the shop number (Direct to store and the online orders option) Thursday afternoon 15/05/2025 with no answer.
Messaged both the Facebook and Instagram social accounts Thursday 15/05/25 with no answer.
I emailed the help email address Saturday Morning 17/05/25 saying I'd received no communication and couldn't get in contact with anyone and I'd like my order cancelled and refunded, also no answer.
Also tried calling multiple times Monday morning 19/05/25 with no answer.
I finally got a one-line answer that my order would be cancelled and refunded after sending another text Monday Lunch 19/05/25 asking for my order to be cancelled and refunded as there had been no indication of processing. Then very thankfully received my refund 5 days later. (Meaning I didn't have to continue the process of a transaction dispute with my bank which I'd already started).

Pretty disappointing experience after being recommended by a number of people both online and personally and for such an apparently reputable business in the motorcycling world.

Ordered something online from them and paid for express shipping(witch said 2 days delivered) to only get a notification from auspost after ordering the item, and they said it will be delivered in 2 weeks. Have tried contacting them through email,text, and calls, and still no responds. Worst customer service and happy to steal your money for express shipping to only ship and the slowest shipping option. Stay away from them and spend your money elsewhere. Have had better customer service from companies in China.
