T2 Chillproof pants are absolutely amazing! I get freezing in the water quite quickly. Took them on a freediving trip overseas. Wore my 3mm full wetsuit the first day.. and was so cold. Swapped to these the next day, combined with a spring suit, and they were so much better. Actually got warmer while I swam. Was in the water for 1 to 2 hours. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I’m usually a size 8. Bought a Size 8, and they were perfect. For me, these are life changing for the people that get cold easily. Love them!

Paid $75 for express shipping. Supposed to arrive in 3-5 business days. After providing a tracking number, it didn't even leave their warehouse for 2 business days. The item took 2 weeks to deliver.

Package was delivered via regular postal mail (not a expedite company).

Let's be real, this is completely not acceptable.

As for a review on the sharkskin suit. I had to go diving without it as the "EXPRESS SHIPPING" took TWO WEEKS. I could have driven to the warehouse myself (its only a 10 hour drive)

If you have time for this non-sense, maybe give it a try.

Seems like other people have the same problem with logistic issues.

Not to mention the 1000+ reviews on their website did not have any 1 or 2 star reviews - these guys are liars (even IF the product is great).

Basically, their $75 express shipping is a scam as well.

I ordered a set of Neoprene seatcovers for my new Isuzu MUX-M, as I live in Queensland I wanted to be sure I ordered the correct set, my emails were answered promptly, the seatcovers were shipped within 3 days and amazingly free postage had the goods in my hands within 24 hours of ordering with the free shipping option. I bought Sharkskin pants and their sizes are way too small. Size 10 is like Size 8. After trialling the product, I am size 10-12 but have requested to exchange for Size 14.

I watched their videos and purchased. Information in their video isnt right. So be careful when buying.

I bought online and got the wrong size There couldn't have been more helpful. When I visited their store in Beresfield.. I was able to exchange for the right size no issues.
Got some advice and I'm really looking forward to trying out their products. If the products are as good as the service, these will be a winner

My whole experience has been excellent. I have already used my items in my role as an emergency service worker and they are absolutely fantastic. Tough, durable, comfortable and extremely well made. Yes I could f bought cheaper Chinese garbage but I value my hands plus I always support Australian made.

BUYER BEWARE; I ordered some swimmers on the 11th of January - two weeks after this I contacted the customer support email seeking an update on the product, I received a response they had been inundated with orders and were out of stock. They promised the order would be finished and shipped within 10 days. This did not happen. I had to contact them another three times, including by phone, to be promised a call back with didn’t come when promised, and was only actioned when I raised having the escalate the issue. Product finally arrived on Thursday the 29th of February. I haven’t been able to utilise the product as yet so cannot speak to the quality of it, however don’t order if you aren’t prepared to constantly chase and seek updates after they have your money.

Just received my Sharkskin chillproof gear. Thought I'd give it a try after seeing Sebu racing team using their products. The quality is even better than I expected and these are Australian made. If you're feeling the cold when you ride your ski, surf or doing any watersports then check these guys out. I couldn't be happier
