We have been searching for a part for our caravan for months (in lots of towns) And Cathy has been the only sales person to take real interest on the part needed, asked questions took photos and got back to us with what she'd found, though not successful yet still working on it.

I needed a length of rope to be able to sit up in bed after a femur implant last Aug. I hook it around a bed leg and pull my body up so that I can swing my legs around to side of bed.
Sharplift can supply this, and they've offered to put a loop in one end all for free.
How wonderful some businesses are.
This is goin g back to the 60's & 70's when people helped one another, and we all respected eac h other.

Great service by telephone and in house. Brought some jack pads. Same price as on the internet $38 and a whopping $65 in Supercheap! Looked around and the prices on camping stock looked extremely good.

The store is pretty well stocked and their customer service is decent till you have anything electrical to return even with a receipt will not be accepted. Price wise you will be better off shopping on line for a 40%savings

Super helpful. I came in to grab a few parts for my sailboat while we were in Cairns for a week. They helped me find what I needed and directed me to other shops for the things they didn't carry. Too bad everybody doesn't provide service like this.
