Unfortunately I’ve had to return several times just to return a new faulty razor and the old girls that run the place are a nightmare.

Save yourself the trouble and order online so you don’t have to deal with their crook staff! No trouble to refund or replace faulty goods through amazon or ebay etc…

Went in to buy a Pitbull Diamond pro head shaver. When I entered the store there was only one staff member already serving a couple so I waited. While I was waiting other customers entered the store. Another staff member then returned to the store having obviously grabbed more stock. After putting the stock behind the counter she proceeded to ask one of the customers if he required help which he declined. She then looked at me then proceeded to walk past me to serve the other customer.
I work in retail myself and would never just serve people based on my preference. The second staff member should have asked either the customers or the other staff member who was first. The staff member who was already in the store could have identified me as next in line for service. I believe that both staff members should have made a better effort to take care of the customers in order. After waiting for someone to serve me I decided to express my concerns with the quality of service and found the response to be condescending rather than genuine.

That’s why I left the store and decided to spend my money elsewhere. I highly doubt I will give Shaver Shop my business in the future

Went in to get a replacement for a faulty product. Jazz was absolutely amazing. Service was spot on. She was super friendly and great to talk to, she made the whole experience so easy. Will definitely be back to buy my partners new shaver and beard oils 🙂

I have given 3 stars due to the decent price we got on the products we wanted. For customer service I would be flat out giving a 1 star. The older lady with the red hair gives the impression that she doesn't want to be there and the young fellow there really doesn't know what he is doing (maybe age and lack of training?)

I bought razor part after consulting shop assistant.
It wasn’t the right one I returned to exchange. Lady told me make sure you are getting right one . They are not going to change second time. I told her it wasn’t my fault because you recommended me first one. She threatened me she wouldn’t exchange it again with loud forceful voice.
Customer service is zero and I will never go to that shop again.

Visited the store today with a faulty product and was met with extremely poor customer service. Implied that it was my fault the product was faulty. Upon checking their claims (that an incorrect head was used in the toothbrush causing the fault), toothbrush head was universal for all Philips toothbrushes. It’s appalling that a customer is made to feel in the wrong when they have faulty product. Your job is customer service. Definitely won’t be shopping here again.
