Brought a kids electric Spider-Man tooth brush and has only lasted 6 months! It’s stopped working and won’t charge.. at the same time I got a two pack of paw patrol toothbrushes… after the electric Spider-Man tooth brush stopped working I opened the paw patrol tooth brushes and both heads snapped! Cheap, poor quality… do not recommend. You can get better in Woolies or Cole’s.

These guys are great. Purchased my shaver from them, which I am very happy with. When I broke a clipper fitting they found a replacement for me free of charge. Amazing service

Would rate zero if possible.. came back to return an electric shaver that I want happy with after persisting and not wanting to have to return it. But I just ended up hating it.. anyway turns out it wasn’t made for my head!! Beard, face and body trimmer…

Even tho this shaver was recommended by this shop when explaining I needed it for my head.

So once we established the error and I wanted an exchange - this wasn’t possible coz the female employee was t authorized to do the exchange..

This wasn’t good enough.. terrible customer service.. never shopping there again!!

I would like to share how compassionate both Matt and Nichola at Whitford Shaver shop were with me today.
I bought an airflosser for my husband who has Alzheimer's and he was scared of it. Whilst it hadn't actually been used I had filled it with water. Matt refunded me the money which he didn't have to. They were both so kind to me and it meant alot. My husband had always shopped at shaver shop and we have always found the service and friendliness of the staff wonderful.

Stopped by here on 15th April to report electric toothbrushes not functioning which we had purchased in Adelaide as we travel around Australia in our Motorhome. The young lady who served us (forgot her name!) was wonderful in dealing with our issue isolating it to defective chargers and then ringing around to find where we could get replacements which she didn’t stock at the time. She even advised us on the variety of other models in stock and we ended up buying upgraded models at the shop she sourced for us that had them in stock. Excellent service even though this store got no business from us! Good example of a customer focused business that looks after customers around the country no matter where they purchased their products. Thank you.

Have just had my head bitten off by the person serving me here. I went inside to buy shaving heads for my shaver I had bought here some years ago. The tattooed middle aged women who served me snatched my shaver manual from my hand with a quick view, without giving me the opportunity to show the model and product number, as she knew better, and immediately told me they are out of stock. She attempted to find an alternative but no success. Her excuse was my shaver was 2017 model (ie too old). I had expected no success but thought I would try providing business rather than go online. Annoyed I suggested to her that businesses complain that people shop online rather than shop in house and she burst out in a rabid loud angry reply to me, with arms waving around, that she is not my servant. She had a man next to her busy on his computer so will use him to back her up. I also had a witness with me. Based on her service I would never use that shop again, for anything. I have checked and I can buy the shaving heads I need for my shaver online, so Shaver Shop has again lost business due to very uncomfortable service.

12 days later:
Today I received my shaver heads from ebay, cheap, original, new and much more pleasant service.

I did send an email with my name and email address to Shaver Shop Support the day I submitted the above review and received this message "Hi David, At Shaver Shop we really value your business and always aim to provide the very best service so we are really disappointed you weren't happy with the way things went with your recent purchase, but we are really pleased you told us so we can try and resolve the issue. If you supplied your contact details on our feedback survey we will contact you soon. Kind regards, The Customer Service Team"

That was 12 days ago and there has been no personal follow up with me at all after this email. That's ok with me as there is nothing to resolve. My objective was to advise head office of this bad service at their shop in Whitford City. Last month I purchased a good battery travel shaver for emergencies from Siam Paragon department store in Bangkok and the service there was just amazing.

As I am am retired I frequently go to Whitford City for coffee or lunch with my wife, and often pass by the Shaver Shop which is near the cafe (as I have done for 30 years). Now I am quite tense walking past this place, wondering if I am going to be affronted again outside their shop by this person. Not a pleasant feeling.
