Over the past 10 years I’ve purchased 3 lathes for training purposes,(AL320G – AL336D and the AL960B). Each time the team at Shaw Machinery, were always very helpful, they assembled and tested the Hare & Forbes lathes and in the process made any necessary adjustments.
It's been my experience that the Shaw Team showed special interest in every machine they sold and serviced according to it’s particular purpose.
Seldom, but when the equipment needed repairs or parts the TEAM have followed through in quick time with good service, price and advice on all issues.

The idea of this pan brake is great, but the quality is very low. Looked like it was dragged out of the shipping container from China, placed on the the delivery truck, then dumped out our address. Won't ever buy from here again. This was purchased by Glendale Homes in 2014

We purchased a lathe and milling machine from Shaw Machinery which we have been very happy with and when we needed their back up service it was both quick and effective. A transport company dropped our lathe during an interstate move later and George and Tracy have gone beyond any expected customer service in providing us with help getting this repaired at a very reasonable cost. Cannot recommend them highly enough!

Great prices and even better service. Had a small issue with the lathe i purchased (manufacturing fault), rang up and they sent out a technician the same day who fixed the problem very quickly. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for machinery. 10/10
