ShawX saves the day!

We had an incident on site where one of our dumper trucks snapped its drop pin off from the rear swing tailgate. The team fabricated a replacement part within 3 hours to get the truck back on the road.

Not only that but the end product is so much better than the original unit previously installed.

Needless to say I’m giving them more work to fabricate. Thanks again

We purchased a full set of buckets and ripper for our new Doosan DX140LCR Excavator, from ShawX. The entire process from ordering to collection was a pleasure, we received updates throughout the manufacturing process and they were ready ahead schedule. The design of the buckets allows for optimal digging while having less wear on the bucket surfaces and the quality is exceptional, plus they look awesome.
We will definitely be purchasing from ShawX again.

By far the WORST bussiness decision I have ever made in all my years. If lies and false promises are what your after well sign up they will give you 5 months of it. Deposit paid in Jan, told expected delivery date mid April, told mid May haven't even started it be another 10 weeks minimum. Made up loads and loads of lies to try and cover how pitiful there service was sent photos of proposed work which was another customer to further the lies and then just "please accept our apology. After 5 months of deception I'm glad I never have to
speak to them again. Also had a digger paint repair done spent nearly a month removing overspray and redoing areas that were missed and again told 3 days but took nearly 2 weeks and STILL didn't get it right had it redone by another company. The only thing that made me happy was when they gave me my money back and I never have to deal with them ever again. I wished I didn't have to give them a star but worth it to warn all about how terrible this entire ordeal was.
