Would not recommend Shenton Pumps at all! A simple 20 minute job on our retic pump, and they charge a $400 callout fee! Daylight robbery. Then the actually lie about what was done to the pump and how long they were at our property! I have security camera images of arrival and departure. Disgusted!

We had our pool pump replaced by shenton pumps.12 months later, the pump had leaked, corroded, and ate the pump case
We contacted shenton pump's, we were told 🫠 the pump is 17 days over the 12 month warranty, and we should have done two weekly checks on the pump to check for water leaks.... !
It's a pool pump only 12 months old that pumps water,it's outside, and we've just come out of winter 🙃 really ! poor quality products, service, and advice. 3 out of three👌👏

So I’m wondering about the 3.9 rating when I have to say, that I was losing faith in someone doing my bore as it is fairly deep ,and everyone was giving me reasons as to redo it with a submersible pump and 1000’s of dollars to spend.I have been in the house since 1966 and there is plenty of water even tho I am on top of a hill.From the first phone call my hope was raised to the 2 guys coming quickly ,Ryno and Noah ,legends in the making as they are ,Shenton Pumps Willeton have shown me what true professional service is ,so easy to deal with and no drama to boot ,and a stuck check valve to be found. Thankyou guys I am thoroughly impressed with the professionalism all round and I would give 10 🌟 if I could . Cheers and Thankyou. Colin in St James .

Hmmm - the one thing a team member should not say when a customer comes in to the shop for service is.. "I cannot get any work done today" as he comes out his office. This team member should not be serving customers! Put him in the back please!!

Pool pump stopped working. The chap at Shenton took it straight to the workshop & 20 mins later, all fixed 🙂 It needed a new capacitor & at a very reasonable price. The pump is 10 years old, so I was expecting to be told it needed to be replaced. Their honesty means I'll be back when it finally does pack-in for good.

I am very impressed with the very quick response to identifying problem and repairing my 3 phase bore pump within 2 hours of reporting failure on Monday 22 August 2022. The pump failed to pump water due to failure of non return valve on suction side of pump. The pump fills a tank which was nearly empty and other watering tasks. The pump was brought from and installed by Shenton Pumps about 18 years ago. I have used Shenton Pumps over last 25 years and am very pleased with consistent and prompt response.
