We are extremely disappointed with the lack of after care service that we have received. We have sharp edges of rust on our 2 year old pool of which we are yet to receive a reasonable response after making our first complaint over 18 months ago. We have followed up multiple times but are still no closer to a resolution.

***appreciate that you replied to our google review within 18 hours…. Please now respond to our multiple emails….. including the one I resent yesterday after waiting nearly 2 months for a reply to the last one of which was a follow up to the email that we sent nearly 18 months ago to raise the issue in the first place.

Have had a 6m pool now for just over 3 years. Only went with chlorine as wasn't sure how a salt water pool would go with shipping container. Have noticed for about the last year that the paint job is quite poor. The paint is lifting from all the metal work they did and it is quite apparent they did not do any sort of prep work or use a primer.

The paint they did on the already painted container has faded and starting to peel off.

I was probably the first pool they did as the new pool laws started in Qld. They had to come back and do a bit of work on the gate lock and step points on the outside. The Pool would not have passed inspection if it was left in original state.

I see their prices have almost doubled since I got mine.

If you get one, be prepared to spend money within about 3 years on repainting.

We ordered a 12m shipping container pool that we hung off the side of a steep hill last summer. The guys at Shipping Container Pools were excellent to deal with and were a great support throughout the design, ordering, construction and installation process. I couldn't recommend them highly enough - they made what could have been a complicated task very much easier! The pool is an absolute beauty!

My wife and I decided to look into having a 12m pool delivered to FNQ.
Even the council had no dispute about the safety aspects of this pool. We got the choice of colorbond colour for exterior and a range of different colours for the fibreglass. After the pool arrived on site, there were a couple of minor adjustments which the company fixed at no cost to us.Maintenance has been minimal, we did not have to worry about building decks or fencing and we are thrilled with our magnesium pool. It is easy to keep clean. I would recommend contacting the supplier to discuss your needs.

Amazing concept and well constructed, very efficient and equipment good quality and well protected. Great list of features available. We did a reno on a horse farmlet on the Mornington Peninsula Victoria. We have had a number of swimming pools previously and knew a pool placed nicely adjoining your outdoor entertaining area is the key to a good installation. We needed the pool to be elevated to do this. Any other option other than a shipping container pool would have been over capitilizing on the property.

I couldn’t be happier with my new pool! Having wanted an above ground pool for years but thinking it was an impossible (and cost-prohibitive!) dream, I discovered Shipping Container Pools who were able to deliver on quality, price, and WOW factor!

Wanting a lap pool that somehow ‘floated’ above the coastal landscape surrounding my home and leave as small a ‘footprint’ as possible, Shipping Container Pools provided me with several structural options, and also worked with my builder to make sure ‘all the bits fitted’! There were a few issues with the complex support beams required to raise the level of the pool, to 3.6 metres high (quite a job!), but these were all happily resolved, and the pool is now complete.

The result is a unique and fantastic looking pool that ties in perfectly with my architect designed home, has undoubtedly raised the value of my property, and best of all - has all the neighbourhood talking!
