I called to place an order, as I’ve been a long-time customer. However, the person who answered seemed uninterested in understanding my request, stating she was too busy. Instead of addressing my needs, she focused on informing me about a three-week waiting period without even asking if that was acceptable. Her tone and approach came across as dismissive, almost as if she was telling me to take my business elsewhere. This is not the way customers should be treated, nor how incoming sales calls should be handled.

Fantastic experience with incredibly helpful lady who I spoke to on the phone, arranged to byo t shirt and design and have it put on by the experts. Great quality, well priced and was done within a couple of hours from dropping off. Will definitely use again.

Dee at Shirtbox was amazing!!
We came up to Cairns for our netball trip and came super unprepared having no team shirts to wear, rang Dee and she got them done straight away. A few hiccups due to losing my luggage and having the plain shirts in my suitcase but Dee was so patient with us and still got our tees done. Highly, highly recommend!!!

Highly recommend this business. Vanessa and team went out of their way to do a rush order for my son's school project. He was so happy with his shirt and the quality was fantastic. Amazing customer service and great product.
