Some of the best crew to deal with in Perth. Friendly, knowledgeable about their products. I was very impressed by their streamlined design and ordering process. They created a CAD design for my new shop same day and had it drafted and finalised. The cherry on top was having Angus work with us step by step throughout the design and ordering process. His expert care and handling of customers should be commended. Couldn't have done it with Gus. Hats off to his team! If your going through Shop for Shops, ask for Angus <3 If you are based in the South-West, these are the guys! Check em' out. - Hillzee

Whenever I have been into Shop for shops, Osborne park, they have been extremely helpful, even carrying my order to the car. I would highly recommend them to any business needing bags and fittings.

I went to shop order the shelves for my shop,point to the wooden shelves that I want to order and I’m make sure with the staff,but delivered to me the metal shelfs,and staff told me on phone that I am the one made mistake,very unfriendly customer service!my shop all the shelves are wooden shelves and I pointed to them the sample in their shop is wooden made,The man who called me even didn’t let me explain the products I got and can’t stop talking by himself on phone!very rude and arrogant,won’t come back for this poor customer service again!

Worse after sales service by their head office I've ever encountered.
Nearly 3 weeks just to get someone to send the mounting plugs for the second selg of my $900 counter that wasn't in the packaging.
They never phone back when they say they will.
Bad customer service.

Great place to shop for fittings etc for a Shop!! Andy was helpful, even though our quantity was small being a budding business. We had an issue with a rack, and he gladly swapped it too! Good on them to care about the little guys. 👍

Very rude staff I dealt with, must have been having a bad day. I just picked up what I needed but I wouldn't recommend these guys. Plenty of companies out there who want the business and are cheaper. Ordered more stuff from slimlinewarehouse.com.au and they were brilliant. Very disappointed with this business. Makes me wonder how are they still open.
