WORST COMPANY EVER!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

This company used to be good, but in the last year or so - just pathetic. They have NO idea what they are doing. They do not communicate within themselves, they move dates despite being booked in and then when you ring and ask where the hell they are, they state the booking is not in the system. We've had days where bins are ignored, or dropped off locked with no way to unlock them. Currently we have two paper boxes filled with documents beside our bin and as our bin is overflowing, despite booking a collection two weeks ago - and still no collection. Our business is now going elsewhere. Avoid this company as they do not give a crap about your business.

UPDATE: I rang and confirmed yesterday that our bin would be collected - I was told yes it was still booked and would be collected. Another staff member called at 4:30pm asking where they were - they still promised it was going to be collected before 5pm. I have just arrived at work - and the bin hasn't been collected, and we have been told it will now be another 2 days. I'm not even surprised. This company is a joke, they have no idea what they are doing, and the level of incompetence is beyond ok for a business that is meant to deal with such sensitive items. DO NOT USE THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY!

Our business used Shred-X for years as we had no other local options. Consistently appalling service that even the driver's were commenting on. One occasion the driver refused to load 80+ boxes so we had to get 3 staff members to carry and load the boxes while the driver sat aside and watched. Recently the driver attended our office and refused to take what I had booked and said he was only going to take a portion and come back next month. Shred-X then refused to come back and finish the order the next month. They showed up 2 months later at the wrong address trying to finish the order and then again refused to provide the remaining service we had requested before we ended all services with them. I would never recommend this business even for the smallest of jobs.
