We called Simon for an insurance repair, our sub-flooring had to be replaced which meant a big rebuild was required, he was helpful and informative right from supplying his estimate after we'd had a lot of trouble with other contractors supplied by the insurance company. Simon even provided a 2nd and more detailed estimate to suit insurance requirements before we even confirmed we could give him the job!! Once the work started he stayed in constant contact with us regarding the progress and the work he performed was fantastic and thorough. He supervised the demolition as we had to re-use a lot of the kitchen and even made some modifications so we don't experience this again. We now have a completely re-built kitchen and bedroom and could not be happier with the result. We won't hesitate to call Simon for any other work in the future.
