Wow. Probably best breakfast I’ve ever had. Hubby had Fluffy creamy Scrambled eggs with full flavored crisp bacon and delicious tomato relish Mine, Garlic mushrooms with spinach feta and poached egg was amazing. All on local sourdough. Six8 coffee one of the best. Such a friendly happy atmosphere. Highly recommended.

Visiting fam in Yass from North Carolina and up early jet-lagged and blurry-eyed when we discovered this WONDERFUL coffee roaster/shop.

The aroma here wasn’t the sharp scent of charred beans like in some coffee houses; instead, it was a delightful mix of freshly baked goods, breakfast and coffee, accompanied by a sense of purpose that felt like a cozy, welcoming embrace.

We dig their mission statement and community vibe. Well done and God bless.

Consistently excellent freshly roasted coffee beans. They have a small core range (3 blends, a couple of single origins and a decaf) with occasional seasonal specials. The medium-ish roasted Ethiopian has been my favourite for several years and they do a nice decaf. We particularly appreciate how the decaf is roasted similarly to their other coffees (at least the ones we like) so it brews similarly, which is great when you're brewing one after the other.

Six8 roast the best coffee beans I have ever tasted. The coffee always tastes great in the cafe. As someone who works from home I make sure I have a supply of Six8 Bohemian on hand for a coffee break at home and it tastes great there too. The Six8 crew are more than happy to offer advice to get the most out of the beans at home as well. When work takes me on the road and I am forced to drink other coffee, that first coffee from Six8 roasters after I get back home reminds me of how amazing these beans really are.

My wife had to shift to decaf a few years ago for health reasons. She says that Six8's decaf is the only decaf coffee that tastes like a real one.

I switched when I discovered a service that was not only reliable, sustainable and high quality, but that also had a genuine social conscience. Six8 coffee has a really nice range, a great service and donates a part of it’s profits to a cause that I care deeply about.
