I've been coming here for years and never experienced any problems. Staff are always professional and courteous, and I've always been given an appointment within a reasonable time , which also applies to the speed of the delivery to my physician. Excellent. 🙂

My first and last time at SKG Rockingham, and I didn't even have my procedure done. I know for a fact that I dont have to fast for a pelvic ultrasound (just have a full bladder), however you insisted I do so sent me away to come back 4 hours later, then had the audacity to call me whilst I was driving home to say "where are you, we have been calling your name for 10 minutes" and then try and cover it up by saying you called another person's name, however I got up and went into the consulting room - I think I know my own name when I hear it, and she asked me to confirm my full name and date of birth....like seriously. You staff member got it wrong then made me feel like the idiot. I will stick with the Mandurah branch from now on.

Nice practice, have alway been professional and efficient when we have required their services. Friendly staff. Parking is right out the front of the door. There was one acrod parking that i could see.

Waited 90 mins for my prebooked appointment. Was offered to rebook, but had drove from Perth city. And can't wait weeks for another appointment. Other SKGs are a nicer environment, offer coffee. Keep you informed. I was only spoken to about 60 mins wait.

However, the Dr and staff performing the procedure were faultless. Engaging, and put you at ease.

Had a good first experience at SKG Rockingham. The sonographers were professional, reassuring & friendly, the wait time was almost nothing - practically got in right away at appointment time. Removed 1 star for the experience with receptionists, which I can see has been noted a few times by others.

The radiographer was very nice, but the receptionists here need to pipe down a little bit. I booked an appointment for 9:30AM originally, and I received no information or confirmation (just got told to drink a litre of water before I come). The day prior to the appointment I called myself to confirm my appointment, and found that they had booked me in for 10AM and was told that I should have started drinking water at 8:30AM in a harsh tone (I was not told). When I arrived to my appointment, I had forgot my print out of the appointment sheet (as I was not told I had to bring it) but my doctor had sent it via FAX regardless so it should have been fine. All three receptionists got involved and were speaking to me in a horrible tone and were being loud in front of customers. I had arrived early to my appointment so I did have time to get the document if needed as I didn’t live too far away but they took such a long time to let me go. As I was walking to exit to go home and retrieve the paper, one of the continuously shouted things from the other side of the reception desk and ended everything with “Just because you are going to get the paper does not mean your appointment will still be there when you come back!!” and proceeded to laugh. How rude is that? My referral was FAX’d through and I received 0 information on anything. So unprofessional! I will rather travel elsewhere then be treated like that again, never going back.

I have been a few times and never had an issue really, am going today for a cortisone Injection in my hip never had before soI don't know how it will affect me, as I or my partner don't drive(we bus or taxi everywhere)i asked if i could make payment tomorrow being aged pensioners,I was
wanting to get a taxi home, I was told NO I have to make payment today. I said that is a bit harsh as was willing to give .my credit card details. Is not like I'm not going to pay! Totally Discusted!
