I was introduced to their sausage links years ago when I worked for Caterpillar. I have been traveling to purchase them ever since. 75 miles each way and the store folk are incredibly nice. They have the best sausage links I've ever had in my entire life. Even after traveling with the Air Force literally all over the world. Just about any flavor you desire always in stock. And the other meats u have purchased certainly do not ever disappoint. Must stop if in the area.. If your wondering, the tooth picks mark the Ghost Pepper flavor for the non heat seekers..

In my experience they’ll have the absolute best Boudin you can get west of Houston. Love the jerky and jerky sticks. If you’re traveling through Miles you need to check them out.

You have no idea how much I miss this place since I've move to Colorado! They're so awesome I make it point to go down every year and stock up on their meats and seasonings! Chelsea, Mark and Paul have become friends, not just folks to do business with. Go see them and they'll make you feel the same way.

I found Sklenarik's beef jerky when I worked at the airport in Houston 15 years ago. It was sold at the small convenience shop near terminal D. My grandfather was a butcher for 52 years and made/ sold his own jerky. Shamefully, I love this jerky. Now I'm reduced to ordering this jerky online and hiding my shame from my family. What can I say? It's the perfect beef jerky.

Very friendly and helpful.We brought a calf in,this is our first time to use then, and they were well organized,took our meat order and explained the process..we will get back on here and let you know how the cut,etc is.

This place is amazing! They have processed our deer for years and this past summer we bought a 1/2 calf.... Some of the best tasting and LOCALLY farmed beef we have ever had!
