A big thank you to the manager at SKM. Such exceptional customer service went above and BEYOND! SKM always offering the best deals on the market! Obsessed with my new sofa set sooo beautiful! Getting the furniture through the door was a challenge but the delivery driver got it done like a pro! Handled it with care. Will be back for more. Highly recommend 10/10.

They are liers and scammers. I bought table chairs , a mirror and a console table. They told me the chairs were in back order and they were coming in 2 weeks' time this was in October. Until now l haven't received my order. They gave me loan chairs and an old table saying once my order they'll bring them and take the loan one back .Now l,m stuck with very old and ugly things in my house.

l call them to check on my order. They told me we would check the order number and call you back, and they never call.

Perth people be very carefull when you hear them the product is in back order don't pay until they get it in store.

I am very angry and disappointed with this shop.
I want my money back..

Ordered the silver bottom of the Leonara dining table. The staff I met was pleasant and gave me a good price of $927 for the bottom of the table, delivery and installation. I just wish his supervisor gave him permission to exchange the old silver bottom I ordered last year with this new one. Should have got a better deal, I reckon. Anyways, all good.

Worst experience ever in Perth. I walked in and ordered something else, they delivered something else. After an argument they were ready to take return but refused to give money and giving store credits. As it was their fault I told them I was going to have an official complaint to AFCA, due to which they were ready to return the money. very unprofessional and pathetic service.
