Went in today and met the manager Todd. Lovely guy. We regularly buy approx 60kg for our community sausage sizzle and they are full of flavour.

Today I craved something spicy and got the hot and spicy sausages. Amazing flavour and loved it. Will be back for more for sure.

Just brought and ate, Rosemary and Garlic sausages from local Iga. I must say best sausages I've had in a very long time. A couple of grizzle bits but the meat content flavours were fabulous. My husband comes from a 4th generation butcher family in Nz. So I know alot about good meat. Thank you very much Slape & Sons.

Very disappointed with the long list of crap added to these sausages. Highly processed with additives like soy protein and canola oil (engine lubricant). What possible reason is there to add canola oil to a sausage unless you like adding profit to companies who supply the toxic clarified sludge. Give me a traditional snag with meat, fat, salt and spices any day.
