I had a great experience buying my furniture through SLH. Jaya in the showroom was really very helpful writing down measurements and checking stock availability as I wanted some items promptly. There was a great selection of furniture that looked both modern and high quality and was exactly what I was looking for. Jay the sales manager was incredibly helpful and kind and even called to let me know that there was a sale coming up if I wanted to place my order at the end of the week so that I didn't miss out on the available stock. The delivery manager went out of his way to set up a suitable delivery time and Manus the young delivery guy was very impressive, he came out yesterday evening, on his own as his delivery partner could not come at that late time and delivered and put the furniture together on his own, efficiently and with extreme care and diligence. I have been so impressed with SLH, everyone in the supply chain was incredibly kind and professional and the products are of a very high standard and in my opinion reasonably priced for the style and quality presented. Thank you to everyone I am a very happy customer.

Once again I have purchased a quality product from SLH furniture.

This time, a Karpenter Solid Tallboy in oak.

Although I could have purchased from a similar supplier, I chose SLH because they have always been efficient, pleasant and honest in my dealings with them.

The piece is exactly as I hoped ( considering the purchase was made on the website).

Even the choice of delivery company is great.TLC brought the rather heavy item to where I wanted it in the house.

This is unlike another furniture company whose transport cost was exorbitant and dumped a 70kg item at the garage in the rain.( never again will I choose that competitor).

All around, a good business to deal with and I thank you.

I had a really good experience. The furniture that I received (bed and tv unit) is solid wood throughout - exactly as expected. Nice finishing touches like curved edges on the bed ends so that you wont get hurt if you bump into it. Very beautiful and the bed was easy to assemble with no troubles. TV unit did not require assembly.

Delivery men were lovely, and told me that SLH is a good company in terms of returns policy and customer service.

Only negative point to mention is the joint in the bedhead has a carved line visible in parts of it - not sure what that is but it will be covered by the mattress and I don't think it's a structural issue.

The table I bought from SLH Furniture is gorgeous.. I also had the best customer experience: quick delivery, lots of updates and genuine concern that I was happy. I've bought lots of furniture over the last few years and SLH' service is the best 🙂

I have been looking for that perfect porch chair for more than 9 months. I don't know how I stumbled onto this showroom but I am glad I did. The Click Lounge chair is perfectly designed that met all my ergonomics requirements. It looks fantastic to boot. I want to thank Sacha specifically for assisting us with our purchase, offering us an oil to protect our purchase and providing a 20% discount without us even asking. We'll be back.

Beautiful furniture. I bought the Taku bed and the owner and staff were very helpful. I chose to pick up the bed and assemble it myself, which was very straightforward and easy. The design of the bed is lovely and the dog thinks so too!

Saw some pieces online and came to the showroom to have a look before purchasing. Really satisfied with the quality of furniture.
Also the staff was helpful and with lots of knowledge about the outdoor pieces (will save that for the next time)

Mould and deterioration! We spent nearly $4,000 on Molo Sunbeds and have been shocked to see how quickly and badly they have deteriorated and are now constantly covered in mould. We contacted SLH who advised us to sand and oil them which we spent an entire weekend doing but the mould has returned and now SLH are claiming that we used the wrong oil when we followed their specific advice. Have never seen any furniture let alone such expensive furniture deteriorate so rapidly and badly!
