I came in on a budget - being a school teacher and needing my $100 to get me a variety of products. Neev was extremely helpful, but the thing I loved the most, was the fact that she did not make me feel like I was being a nuisance (which I totally was!). Thank you for being understanding and giving me your time and effort. I got 20 items!! Will be back for sure!

I visit here Monday 19th Feb
The young lady was very helpful with suggestions on how to use gift card
As the card wouldn't work when swiping through eftpos terminal we went online and bought a e gift card

I used to love coming in and having friendly staff always greet and be helpful but in my last visit I was met with a very rude staff member. During these uncertain times I do understand people having to wear a mask and sign in however I was eating my food and pulled down the mask to chew and she said it’s the rule masks are on Even if your consuming food ok I get it but don’t be rude about it however when this certain staff tells me off and says nothing to other customers that were not even wearing it properly i was made tofeel I was targeted and embarrassed and mind you I was just chewing my food. I do understand the rules and regulations but this is not the way to approach it
Also there’s a way of asking people to sign into store it’s very direct when your ordering them to. We are not kids and being treated like this was rude. No hello welcome just straight away being told sign in. Customer service in this store was appalling and not a nice experience so because of that I did not come in to buy what I wanted.

The staff are always very helpful. In particular, there was a girl with long dark hair who really helped me out to a fantastic degree, but i don't remember her name. I think it was alania or something like that, but i have a bad memory for names. Thanks alania if that was you!

I went in to return an item and they refused to give me cash back, as I had to get the refund back on card, but as I did not purchase it I didn't have the card. I WILL NEVER go to Smiggle ever again..
