SnoWorld, and it's proprietor Craig Mathews, have constantly engaged in an incredibly negative campaign on Facebook to spread deliberate misinformation.
Craig also creates multiple fake facebook accounts in order to perpetuate the misinformation and blocks anyone who calls out the lies. Some of these accounts include: Jane Andrews, John Briggs, Stewart Williams and Lisa Robertson.

This is certainly not a company that anyone should do business with.

We booked flights to the USA with Snoworld through their Valuefares website. Not only did the flights save us a heap of money, (given that we were flying in the peak Xmas period) the customer service level was fantastic. Flying after post pandemic has so many new requirements and restrictions with even airline operators left unsure and offering no clear answers. Craig and his team went above and beyond to ensure that everything was as smooth as it could be. Thanks heaps guys, we will be customers for life.!!
