Another tech company that has launched a half baked system with no support.

3 weeks later, and I’m still chasing them up about reference checks.

They ignore the spam act (pro tip to Snug. Sucking up email addresses through third parties and spamming them with rental ads is *not* implied consent)

I found this app incredibly difficult to use. Referees were unable to load their referrals. It has no flexibility to be able to explain something. It keeps asking for a suburb/state/region but won't allow me to add what is correct. I spent almost two hours attempting to update information or load documents all to no avail. TERRIBLE PRODUCT. 0 out of 10.
