Rang Vince this morning with a broken plumping part on my caravan. Even though Vince didn’t have the part in stock, he rang another dealer on my behalf and maybe my job very easy. Good old fashioned service goes a long way and is rare these days. I would recommend Solar to Camp 10/10 👍 Thank you Vince, for going above and beyond.

If you want professional advice and work done I recommend Vince and his work first time I have had work done by him and was very happy with his results and time frame he had the job done in. Took our 2yo caravan to Brent at Solar 2 Camp as the solar was just not performing to expectations. Brent was able to immediately diagnose to problem and come up with a solution. Booked the van in for the work to be done and it was completed in a timely and efficient manner at a price less than the original estimate. We now have a van that we can confidently take off grid for a prolonged period. Cannot recommend Brent and the company highly enough.

Happy to recommend Solar to Camp. I recently upgraded my vans electrical system adding new solar panels and necessary charging system. After consulting with Vince I was sent away with the necessary gear and some good instructions and a "mud map" with the offer that they could check out my installation on completion if I needed.
After doing the main wiring work myself, I found that I physically couldn't mount the solar panels on the van roof so I took the van into Solar to Camp. Brent completed that component of work in a neat and tidy way and for a reasonable fee.

The service was very friendly, but the communication about the price must improve. I needed an Anderson plug in the car and asked how much it would be. It would be 10 dollars because he said he would not charge an hourly rate. After this he said it would be best to also have Anderson plugs at the solar panel side. So I guessed it would be 30 dollars and that would be okay for me. But then he also charged half an hour of work at 55 dollars. So a 10 dollar job turned in a 90 dollar job. When he would have said he would charge the half a hour I would have done it myself.

Well i just want to say "above and beyond "we thought we were sorted to go camping with our camper trailer and we had a major power issue , lack of - things that should have worked just didn't .... i called Brent from Solar 2 camp and he just got us out of trouble in record time and we had the best camping trip . We have now made a plan to just make camping so much more enjoyable & energy efficient - Brent has such a knowledge of batteries/solar etc , ways of getting power and running power - we are now adding more power outlets that run on batteries so we can enjoy off the grid camping like we do... thank you Brent and putting up with me trying to get it , which i did get it 🙂 cheers
