Did a medical for FMG. Dr failed to do her job properly now I have to go see another doctor just to get onsite. Results all came back excellent. What a mess about. Do not use these guys for a medical

My feedback email i tried to send via Sonic webpage would not accept my valid email address.

I made an appointment with Dr Fiona Ronsberg 4 weeks ago through your booking system for Tuesday 30/01/24 (tomorrow)
Did i miss the fact it says she is not taking new patients?
I did not miss the fact i received a call today ( the day before my appointment) to advise me of this fact.
I was offered an appointment with another GP not for tomorrow but offered the days that i work. Why have a booking system in place.
To be palmed off like this is appalling especially the day before the appointment and waiting 4 weeks.
You need to reflect the fact that GP’s are not taking new patients and block out their calendar.

Booked first appointment of the day thinking it would be quicker- I was wrong. Over 90 minutes later for a very basic medical. Saw nurse/doctor for under 5 minutes total. Not sure why it took so long considering first appointment. Lack of staff urgency.

Had urgent last minute appointment

Alex was great as she had me sorted in next to know time with paper Wk an transaction at front desk, no sooner sat down an was called in by the tester an she was great also.

Definitely awesome job girls an thanks so much for the prompt service an effort, great work 😁

Will definitely be back when required to do so.

Worst service ever. No customer service skills whatsoever. Was denied a medical appointment because I didn’t have my hard copy of drivers license, they wouldn’t accept a digital image on my phone that it was me but would be happy to accept the digital proof of vaccination for Covid-19. Complete and utterly useless service. Would avoid tis practice like the plague.

So I needed a drug & alcohol screen. I booked appointment for 14:50, got there for 14:40, and there I am 1.5hr later, good job I don’t have anywhere to be..... oh, no that’s right, I do. That’s why I booked an appointment, thinking an appointment was a fixed time sort of deal. Oh and the cherry 🍒 on the top of the cake 🎂 the guy that was mean to be after me is now in front of me because he needs to, in his words “piss”. Not to even go into the fact that there seems to be at a minimum ratio of four receptionist to ever nurse/doctor.
