Had a great panini containing vegetables and cheese once. Went back for the same thing and got an arrogant Indian girl who served me up what looked like some road kill with a few leaves in it and was toasted for all of 5 seconds.

Perhaps some rubbery plant based substitute for a chicken schnitzel inside?

Charged me maximum price $14.50 too.

In 2025 if you can’t get a sandwich made with the ingredients a customer chooses then maybe you are in the wrong business? Totally complicated and soured my day.

Absolutely disgusting. I have just got my lunch from this store only to find what looks like a flying inspect in my salad.

Rang the store and they simply offered a refund…it’s not about a refund. It is the fact that you are serving contaminated food to the public and don’t care.

I will never be purchasing food from these stores again.

Placed a large online order for delivery on the 16th of October for Melbourne Cup. Received confirmation and an invoice to confirm the order had been placed and accepted. In the lead up to race day I thought that the store would touch base to again confirm the order & delivery times.
Having not heard anything the morning of I was starting to get concerned ( I was hosting a corporate get together for 40 people) I decided to touch base with the store to confirm everything was on track. However, after several attempts to contact the store directly with no luck (the phones seemed to be disconnected as they wouldn't even ring) I had to call the head office in NSW (the girl was VERY helpful & polite) I was given the mobile number for the " store manager".
I have worked in management in hospitality for many many years in the past & I was met on the phone with "who's this" not very hospitable if you ask me. I explained my concerns & that I had been trying to contact the store directly with no luck. I didn't received an apology for the inconvenience or lack of communication. I was told my order was there & would be ready for pick up soon. I obviously stated that we had paid for delivery ($40 delivery fee for 14 km journey) which he then told me would be late as they were so busy with Melbourne cup. Don't get me wrong I completely understand busy days throughout the year, but when you order nearly three weeks in advance to make sure you are organised and trying to avoid situations like this its a little hard not to be slightly annoyed.
Food arrived. It was nice everyone was happy enough. Cheese & ham pin wheel wraps could have done with more filling. Avo, cheese & tomato sandwiches were soggy. Everyone enjoyed the sweet treats, sliders & the breakfast wraps. Overall food was good. The service not so much and from what I have now seen in previous reviews it seems to be an ongoing issue with this store. Maybe its time to take some feed back on board & step it up in the service department. It's called hospitality for a reason.

No wonder why this outlet has the worst rating amongst others.
The owner is standing on the head of the staff and the quality is still below standard.
Big chunks of vegetables to fill up the container.
Cheese,mango avacado is just on top of salads.
Once served the lower serve are with minimum of them.
Coffee is better at next shop....Muffin break

Very poor for what you are expected to pay. The Chicken Schnitzel Baguette is mostly bread as shown by the photos. As you can imagine, the depth of the cut gets more shallow towards the end.

For $13.50 the better option would have been to go to Subway for a footlong and have received substantially more filling, and a significantly better meal. Threw away once it became just eating very expensive bread.

Would not recommend - especially as others have made similar complaints.

Daughter and myself bought espresso ice crushers which were not nice at all. These are the small pieces of coffee granules left after we drank our drinks with the many larger pieces which we had to pick off our tongues. Other daughter and son had strawberry ones which they said were okay but all drinks were not very icy either.

This is the 3rd time and never going back again and will advise the same to everyone going. Paying $14 for a box and all you get is leaves. Seems like Meat is just sitting in the bowl only for decoration. Very unfair portion for the price you pay.

I was so disappointed with the service at Soul Origin Morley. I have a loyalty card to earn points. This time I went with my daughter so we bought 2 take away plates of salad. She wasn't friendly at all, I was expecting to have my loyalty card scan twice as we bought two plates, but the lady that served us said to us she has made it into one transaction so my loyalty card can only be scan once. I would have made it into 2 transaction if that's the case. She should have explained to me before I paid. Will not buy again at Morley branch because of the bad service.
