Very happy with our newly installed secondary glazing windows. We live on a main road with a lot of traffic outside and our bedroom has a number of very large windows. The secondary glazing has made a huge difference in noise reduction. Stephen provided great service and his installers did a fantastic job. If you're on the fence about getting these installed I would highly recommend it.

Very impressed! I had 2 windows soundproofed in December one of the busiest times and from the beginning from quote to installation the crew at soundproofing were amazing and so helpful ! It’s made such a difference especially nighttime so thanks to Stevie (admin) and Steve and the crew !

The secondary window glazing quality and installation is horrible, I’ll explain why:

The windows they installed are placed too close to the existing windows, so much so, when opening and closing their windows, it will be brushing against the existing window structure.

Their window glass are of inferior quality, because the glass their competitors installed, on my other windows, are actually two layered (two glass panels sticking together) providing greater strength and sound insulation.

Unlike their competitors, their windows do not provide handles to slide it open more easily, it is not ergonomic to open and close them.

They lack the skills to properly install the windows, in fact, they drilled a hole through my wall when installing their window ledge, but starting to become rude when I question that. Because I didn’t want trouble so I just made final payment.

Funny enough, prior to installation, they even had to ask me to measure the dimensions again for them, because he is so incompetent to measure them properly in the first place but too lazy to come back and remeasure himself again.

Therefore, please think twice before engaging their services.

Exceeded expectations - Highly recommend.

We live beside a busy road and above a busy shopping complex so we get all types of noise; cars, trucks, voices, gatherings, music etc.

We ordered 4x products and an install from Soundproof Warehouse. 2x windows for our main bedroom and our ensuite bathroom, and 2x door seals for our bedroom and ensuite bathroom too. The goal being to soundproof our bedroom so we can have a good nights sleep.

The soundproofing and end result has far exceeded our expectations. We thought we’d still hear a little bit of noise here and there etc but we literally hear nothing - our bedroom is very quiet and peaceful. No noise comes in and we can finally sleep in peace. When we go from our un-soundproofed living room into our soundproofed bedroom, the difference is night and day. End goal definitely achieved.

The quality of the products and install is exceptional, we had our hesitancies that it might look out of place or not fit in with the rest of the room - but this is not the case. They fit in perfectly, blend with the room, edges are straight, everything’s tight, a faultless install - thanks Johan. Materials are of good quality, they feel like they are built to last.

Communication with Steve and his team were pleasant from first contact. Always a positive experience and conversation, Steve was quick to come out and give us a quote, took the time to understand why we needed soundproofing and what products would best achieve our desired outcome, was honest, upfront, informative and a pleasure to speak with. Stevie from the office and Johan the installer were also great to deal with - thanks team.

It’s obvious that Steve genuinely cares about his company and the work that they do. It’s obvious that they genuinely care about the products they install, the quality of the install and all other aspects involved. It’s obvious that Steve has hired a team that share the same passion for doing a good job and doing things the right way.

We looked at other reviews prior to proceeding with Soundproof Warehouse, and now that we’ve completed the job, we’re surprised about a few other reviews.
One is negatively speaking about a curtain having to be removed, but this is obvious if the curtain is in the way - so makes sense it’ll need to be removed….
One spoke negatively about mess and aggression, our bedroom was left spotless and all team members have been very respectful and polite - so I think that review is quite exaggerated….
And one review spoke negatively about a ‘large man’ demanding payment and not leaving until paid. We had the ‘large man’ install our products and I said I’ll pay shortly and he said sure no worries and politely left - definitely did not refuse to leave until paid.

I’m summary, a great experience from start to finish and the main thing being the soundproofing - it far exceeded our expectations, we’re very happy with everything, grateful to the team for giving us our good nights sleeps back, would definitely recommend the company and will definitely return to them if we require anything else with regards to soundproofing.

Really really impressed with my secondary glazing installed yesterday by soundproof warehouse. I was nervous about how it would look, how accessible the window should be etc and there was absolutely no need to be worried! The result is really clean and you wouldn’t even notice it was there if you didn’t know. Window is still fully functional. Installers were efficient and friendly. Noise is significantly reduced.

Very happy with the installation. We live right next to a road and the cars sometimes woke my kids up even with white noise. So impressed with how well the windows work. Now we are finally enjoying better sleep! Bonus point - The windows looks so good. The installers were friendly and professional.
