Ordered a vacuum cleaner online at the maryborough store it said it was in stock found out the next day when I rang and was told have to get stock from hervey bay the next day so I asked for a refund now it's taking them at the maryborough store up to 7 days to get the refund. Absolutely ridiculous. I'm just wondering how they could operate a business like this.
So in general don't shop there they are lying bastards and you can find it cheaper elsewhere.

Great products, but I'm a 1 star because I've purchased 2 portable booms in the past few months and yesterday purchased a new jbl for to much because I really wanted it liked to get home being my birthday like 3 days ago I get home to a late present to my surprise its the same speaker, so I've returned it to be told they don't accept my refund and there sure i will find use for an extra $400 speaker but it was solely the lady who sold it to me who had the choice to line her own pockets with my sale or let me return it and when it's brand spanka in the box ? and yes to end this I still have the second bloody speaker I wouldn't of purchased it if I knew I was getting one as a late present ?

I purchased a fridge yesterday and had it delivered today. The salesman was brilliant and friendly. Garry & Thomas were the guys who delivered it and they were the best! So helpful and got the job done without any damage to my fridge! The poor fellas had a mammoth task to get my huge fridge up narrow stairs. I highly recommend the team at Betta Electrical Maryborough. Thanks guys 🙂
