For a SPAR and in a country town it has a great mix of produce. One of the better meat dept for the size of store. Friendly staff. Not a lot of parking on the street but there is plenty down the side lane.

Absolutely amazing service from the young lady at the Deli (short, blonde girl). She knew what she was talking about and was very helpful when i was unsure. She was very lovely and made the process a lot more easy. Couldn't of got any better service!! Definitely deserves a raise 🤩

Went in the day before Christmas to buy a chicken for Christmas day. Was told that we couldn't order a chicken but the shop was open on Christmas day till 1pm to sell chickens. Go down to the shop at 12.02 on Christmas day to buy a chicken, but told they were closing & we couldn't come in. 3 different families at the door telling the staff they were told the shop was open till 1pm. Nope too bad we're shut. 5 more cars pull up to the shop but the doors were shut. I appreciate it was Christmas day but don't tell your customers your open & decide to shut early. Bad business. You forget that the people walking through the door allow your job and pay you. If not for customers you have no job. Thankyou gor spoiling my Christmas lunch. I wont be back.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the recent issue I have experienced at your store. This is the third time that your store has advertised special prices, yet when I proceed to the checkout, the discounted price is not honored.

During my most recent visit, I brought this issue to the attention of the person on the checkout. She magically pressed a button, and the price changed to the price that was displayed in the discounted tag. This behavior is concerning, and it seems like the discounts you advertise are fake, misleading, and not honored at the checkout.

As a customer, I expect transparency and honesty from your business. If you are going to advertise discounted prices, you must honor them at the checkout. Your current way of doing business is not only misleading, but it is also damaging to your reputation.

I urge you to change this way of doing business to avoid misleading and deceiving your customers. If you continue to advertise fake discounts, I will have no choice but to take my business elsewhere.
