Disappointed with some of the quality. Spent $23k on two boxes.
Didn’t seal the piano hinges and even went back under warranty and still didn’t seal them.
Didn’t seal beneath when mounting.
Bolted two steel plates to doors after being asked to be stuck on for asset magnets
Lot of movement in the boxes-not braced correctly
Had to replace quite a few drawer slides early on
