Recently we required some warranty work to be carried out by Spectra Lifestyle. Jacob arrived on time and carried out the work efficiently and to a high standard of workmanship. Jacob was very cordial and answered all our questions and explained the actions he would be taking to rectify the problems. He was such a pleasure to deal with and I would highly recommend him. These guys were great, right up until the end.
The sales team were fantastic, professional and communicated well however, their installers professionalism and the support team afterwards were poor.
We recently moved into our brand new house mid 2022 and rather than spend all our hard-earned dollars with the builder we decided to support local business.

We had our pantry, kitchen cupboards and laundry installed by Spectra and let me be clear, for the most part they have done a good job. It fell apart afterwards as we tried to email back after they had damaged our pantry walls, there are dents and scrapes where the tradesmen have tried to squeeze the shelves into the the wall space. We emailed and were met with a reply which took no responsibility for the damage and a loophole in their terms and conditions which excuses them from repair of any damage their tradespeople have caused. We could not see any condition within their contract which specified non-repair of damage caused by their tradespeople. There was no damage to any other areas in the house where they completed works which has caused us the most disappointment as they claim this is an expected happening during renovation (this was not a renovation but a new install).

The last area of criticism is regarding their tradespeople. One of our bowls used for food was used for mixing plaster and our dyson vacuum cleaner was used to clean up the mess which almost broke it. We understand sometimes these are sub-contractors but it was still a sore point that they were using our equipment and crockery for their work and cleanup. Every other trade we had cleaned up after themselves and has resolved any issues they've caused in a timely manner.

I can't understand how these guys are still in business. Extremely poor customer service. First they say it's a 4 month wait. Then they say we aren't taking on more work. Seems they don't want to work .
Mellisa just double talks. A simple vanity replacement shouldn't be so hard.

We engaged with Nathan’s Cabinets for a built in TV cabinet. We could not be happier with the service and product we received. Pricing is also very competitive. Mariah was a delight to liaise with, as were the measure and installation staff. We will be returning for other cabinetry. Thank you.

Highly recommend Nathan's Cabinets. Did a tricky job for us moving and installing a large reception desk and wall feature. Honest and ethical guys, fair pricing and more importantly great service. Probably the best experience I've ever had with a tradesperson in Perth.
