As a local picture framing business we have had the pleasure of dealing with Surfers paradise glass to supply our custom size mirrors and oversize glass.
They have have always been a delight to work with. We have found that Surfers paradise glass have great quality products for a fair price and are always accommodating to our needs with quick and easy communication.

Called them this Monday and placed an order for a custom size mirror. The lady told me that it will be ready by this Friday or next Monday the latest. I asked if I can pick it up on Saturday (if it is ready by then). She said they are not open on Saturdays, which is in contradiction with (or a strange interpretation of) the opening hours found on the website, which says various for Saturday... Seems like the various part means stuff you if you want to come here on Saturday. She assured me however, that they will call me when it is ready (where did I hear this before...).
At any rate, I was driving that way Friday morning and called them to see if the mirror is ready. Another lady answered the phone, I explained who I am and why I called. She asked me to wait a little while she checks it.
After about two minutes of hold she said she could not find my order and it was probably misplaced! She delivered the news in the most casual way. She did not even apologize. The lack on professionalism and customer focus was paramount at this point.
Nevertheless, she offered that if I place the order again now it will be ready by 2PM. I hesitated a little after this fiasco, but agreed. She promised that they'll phone me when the mirror is ready for pickup. Sure enough, nobody called me. Rang them at 3PM asking what is up. I was informed that the mirror is ready. Just in case I double checked the opening hours again and it turns out that they close the place at 4PM (the website says they are open till 4:30 on weekdays).
I got the mirror which so far looks OK, I'll see how it goes once I put it on the wall.
I gave 3 stars because they attempted to resolve their mistake. However, if I need glass-work in the future I will find another (more reliable) company.
Maybe they take this review the right way around and will educate and discipline their stuff, so they can keep the customer.

You a terrible liar and even more useless than your employees. I did call you indeed, and I can prove it. I hope you recognize your phone number and on the attached screenshot.
Seems like you think everybody who left a negative review was either not your customer or is delusional. However, the pattern shows a different story, a story which makes you a unreliable, pathetic person with zero integrity. Because of your comment I decreased my rating, you don't even deserve the 3 stars after this transparent attempt to make the customer look like a fool.

Good price, good quality. Minor problem with the glass as one piece was cut 6mm short. No questions asked, they took it away and made a new piece. They were back in 2 weeks to fit.

Maduro’s Barbershop

This place make 3 mirrrors for our barbershop. After 20 days my mirror start crack and now another one start crack too and anyone give us any solution or why the mirror cracked... try speak with them and then hangout the phone and get angry and upset without any explanation.... this is not the way to treat a costumer who paid almost $1000 in mirrors
